Your story & permission
By submitting, you give Jason Vest and Love Hotline permission to review, edit, quote, read aloud, and share your story in the show and related content.
Only send material you have permission to share. Submitting does not guarantee publication, payment, or a response.
Anonymous & personal details
Anonymous means your submitted name will be omitted. Details inside your story could still identify you or others. Leave out private details you do not want shared.
What we collect & why
We collect your story, name unless anonymous, email, consent record, and IP address. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser signals to prevent automated abuse. We use them to review stories, follow up, deliver private digests, and prevent abuse.
Stories may be processed by an AI service to create short summaries for the private daily digest. The email and IP fields are excluded from AI requests. Do not put identifying details in your story.
Your email is not published or used to sign you up for marketing. Submissions are stored privately; authorized reviewers receive them in the digest.
IP addresses and security logs are retained for up to 30 days; active abuse lockouts remain until their expiry. Stories and consent records stay available for review and use as described here.
Google Analytics measures page visits and form completion. Names, email addresses, and story text are not included in our analytics events.
Keep it human
No spam, threats, harassment, impersonation, private information about others, or illegal content. Abusive requests trigger IP and email lockouts: 24 hours, then 7 days, then 30 days for repeated incidents. Security events are logged and reported to the operator.
This is an entertainment submission form, not an emergency or confidential advice service.
